GEOL 475 - Remote Sensing and Image Analysis

Elements of airborne and space borne remote sensing systems, including aerial photography, radar, thermal, and multi Spectral. Emphasis on use of remotely sensed images for geological mapping, environmental monitoring, resource assessment, and land use. Prereq: GEOG 112  or GEOL 161 , PHYS 176  or PHYS 206 .
